Dear Staff,

We are running a questionnaire that ISI will use to rate our provision.  This is a new initiative from ISI and forms part of their total 360 degree view that they are trying to capture.  

When ISI call us, we will be required to complete a similar online version of what is outlined below.  I would recommend that you KEEP drafts of the comments that you are being asked to complete so that this is one less burden to you when they call!

Many thanks - we are using the results to inform areas to address in the coming months - hopefully prior to the actual inspection.
